For me, several hobbies help me relax and take my mind of stressful things which in turn foster a creative and happy mindset. One of the hobbies which provides me with a calming sense is both floral arranging and designing/maintaining my urban size succulent garden that sits right outside my front door. These hobbies (along with several others) help me focus on little details and the lovely fragrance from the flowers instantly boost my mood!
