We often see furnished, large industrial spaces like this one in catalogues or magazines selling oversized furniture that you only dream of having enough space for. I must admit that bright interiors and spacious, airy vibes make my heart flutter. With industrial chic design trends popping up everywhere, I’m sharing a gorgeous, airy Amsterdam apartment that’s filled with light and modern touches surrounded by skylights and floor to ceiling windows.
Pops of color perfectly compliment the neutral vibes throughout this apartment, allowing the colored accents to keep the space interesting. The yellow couch paired with light gray and blue throw pillows work well with the cream hues and wood materials of the surrounding furniture. I love how symmetry formed by framing the couch with identical floor lamps among the organized and streamlined gallery wall. Below, you see layers of smaller accent rugs beneath the long dining table which is something I haven’t seen done too often but works magically in this space. And I can’t forget to mention (cue the gasps) an indoor swing for additional seating!
