10 Day Clean Eating Challenge + A Free Guide

Clean eating, popular diet trends and juice cleanses are all around the food scene lately and I’ve been eager to try out a short cleanse to see what the benefits can be on my own health. While I actively exercise and consider myself a healthy eater, I know there are a few things I could alter in my diet to promote an even healthier lifestyle. Last week, I was lucky enough to attend a dinner party hosted by two smart and lovely ladies, Claudine and Haley, who have a passion for inspiring a healthy lifestyle. We chatted about healthy ingredients and habits to think about incorporating into your lifestyle, we ate delicious whole foods and learned about their passion project, The 10 Day Challenge, all in a beautifully decorated apartment.

Dinner Party

The 10 Day Challenge was started to encourage everyone that clean eating can be easier than it may seem while proving how great you can feel after removing processed foods (including coffee and alcohol) from your diet. The delicious meal prepared by Claudine and Haley was not only delicious but extremely healthy and filling without feeling overly full. From the Lemon-Energizer-Aid upon arrival to the delicious Cauliflower Crust Pizza with summer squash and ending with the Chocolate Cashew Cream with raspberries, cacao, and bee pollen, the night truly made such an impact on how I think about my daily eating habits. Although clean eating is certainly a lifestyle change that leaves little room for temptation, I am looking forward to trying out the 10 summer challenge which is launches August 1st!

Our delicious meal consisted of:

Lemon-Energizer-Aid, Claudine’s signature Buckwheat Crackers with Macadamia and Sun Dried Tomato Spread, Cauliflower Crust Pizza with summer squash, Cauliflower Tabouli, Spinach Falafel with Tahini over Arugula Salad, and Chocolate Cashew Cream with raspberries, cacao, and bee pollen. All of us took home some goodies which included delicious Summer Basecamp Granola with fresh blueberries and Lemon Coconut Macaroons and Chocolate Macaroons.
